Sintered Neodymium Iron Boron Rare Earth Permanent Arc N40 NdFeB Magnet
The manufacturing process of our NdFeB materials can be divided into two types including traditional sintering process and hot extrusion process. The traditional sintering process, including high temperature sintering process and grain boundary diffusion process, is mainly used for products of high magnetic energy and high coercive force. And the hot extrusion process is designed for radiating magnetic ring products and capable of N48SH mass production at current stage. In terms of processing, we have a complete system from cutting, surface treatment to inspection and packaging. Currently we can process a minimum size of 0.2mm. For NdFeB magnetization technology, we can achieve programmed magnetization as required by customers. Our products are widely used in the automotive industry, clean energy, medical equipment, aerospace and other fields.
